5th floor Grace Hospital South is now home to the BPSP as support office to the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority program. The renovations at a construction cost of $1.6M consisted of 836 sq.m. (9000 sq.ft.) of shell space being converted to an open office team workplace. A highly interactive and collaborative staff fueled the design to ensure the work environment fostered flexibility, multiuse and easily adaptable spaces. The open area workstations deliberately occupy perimeter floor space to optimize views and maximize natural daylight to the masses - A Healthy workplace. Private offices are positioned within the core and include large sidelights, creating transparency between all team members.
