Tenant Improvements – Museum and Interpretive Centre

Renovations to the head offices of The Northwest Company located in Winnipeg. The scope of the project includes renovations of approx. 9300 sq.m. (100,000 sq.ft.) to all the four floors of Gibralter House to create open office areas, multi-purpose meeting areas and a new staff fitness facility. It also includes upgrading of the building facade. Our scope of work also included a Museum and Interpretive Centre which was incorporated as part of the main lobby. Completed in 2010 at a cost of $10,000,000.
